I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the lack of communication from Dr. Cole and your office.I am still waiting for a return phone call following a inquiry I made in August 2025.
Fourteen months ago, I received a stem cell injection in my hip, but I have not experienced any improvement in my condition. Further more, I am still waiting for return phone call. It appears that the only way to speak with Dr.Cole is through a paid Zoom consultation, which I find very frustrating giving my unresolved concerns.

It's one thing to be told what the problem is. It's another thing to be told and made aware what actually is the root cause... but the plan and treatment that Dr. Cole and Dr. Kola is on another level. I truly appreciate Dr. Kola, Dr. Cole and Dr. Lilly as they seem to get it right when so many of my other previous doctors have gotten it wrong.

The reason you are probably reading this review is because your are in pain! To me pain meant: being in pain daily; having very disrupted and low quality sleep; being miserable and moody with those around me; feeling physically frustrated; and Advil becoming my best friend. Two right knee meniscus surgeries and several cortisone injections later I was desperate for some relief. My poor right knee had been subjected to a lot as an ex semi-pro soccer player and a fifteen year firefighter and fire instructor I was being told by many that my only option was knee replacement surgery. I was not ready to accept that this was my only option. I started to do some research and stumbled across Dr. Cole online. What was shocking to me was his Venice office was also just around the corner from my home. From my first phone call to his office - where a very helpful individual actually answered the phone (yes a human being!) the experience has been life changing. Yes that sounds pretty dramatic but it is the truth. Dr. Cole is a physician that actually listens to you - takes the time to hear you - actually examines you and gives you the patient choices. His kindness and that of all of his staff is endless. Quickly you feel part of the Orthomed family! Your treatment options are exactly that - yours with no upselling. I am pleased to say that the investment I made in my right knee after being educated on my options - was exactly that a wonderful investment in my quality of life. I am delighted with the results as is my family. I am pain free and returning to doing the things I love to without pain. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience and you will not find a more genuine person than Dr. Cole. A special shout out to the front desk team too - their professionalism is refreshing! Thanks you to the whole team - my quality of life has been improved dramatically! I urge anyone in pain to go have a consult with Dr. Cole and team.

I have had chronic pain that began about 25 years ago. Until recently, I took a lot of over-the-counter meds to eliminate the pain. However, I discovered that the OTC’s are really not working as well as they should. I did an Internet research and found Dr. Kola, to be a fantastic, Dr and Pro providing me with the necessary skills to eliminate my pain. I highly recommend his practice and his group which are just as phenomenal as he is.

At 65 I have had terrible lumbar and SI joint pain for several years. I tried other doctors for help to no avail and then found Dr. Cole from a friends recommendation. He literally has taken my pain down to zero with stem cell and PRP injections. I have been amazed at the effectiveness of his treatments! No surgery just helping the body to heal itself. HOW TRUE.

I highly recommend Dr Kola for your pain management needs. Dr Kola listens to understand your needs not just to reply. He spends a generous amount of time with patients and I’ve never felt rushed or neglected. I’ve had other doctors over the years due to cancer but he is by far the most caring and knowledgeable!
His office staff and assistants are just as caring and supportive as well!
