Even though the shot hurt, they are as gentle as they can be. They offer water or juice before & after the procedure. Welcome to the newbies. Just take a cue from the others & you'll be great. Thank all of ya'll.

Dr Cole was informative, pleasant and personal. It was 10 years since I saw him. He was on top of my problem in minutes. We are now informed of what to expect. Will see him again next week. He gave me exercises to do. Use walking in the pool. Always a great informed doctor.
