I just kind of happened on this pain clinic…or did I?! Best thing that’s happened for me in my recent hunt for a different answer. I was in an accident 47 years ago, and with age and the trauma to bone and tissue, it has worsened with age. 5 orthopedic doctors say I need a knee replacement but due to the complexity, none would agree to do any type of surgery for fear of amputation, not even just to make me comfortable. The pain had become unbearable and I was losing the ability to bend my leg.
Until I met this team of professionals. From the very first person I spoke with on the phone, they have all been wonderful. I’ve seen both Dr. Kola and Dr. Cole and the are both gentle and attentive. They actually take time with you, have a conversation about your situation, what their suggestions are and explain the options to you. Any necessary tests are done. I opted for the nerve ablation in my left knee. I no longer scream in the night due to pain and can bend my knee. It’s been a long time since I have felt that type of relief.
Due to other issues with that knee, Dr. Cole talked to me about the option of a PRP injection, since he is not willing to accept that I should have to live with a deteriorated knee with amputation as a fear.
Today, I had the PRP injection done!! (All their injections are done under X-ray or Ultrasound, so no real pain, a little pressure is all). Had enough PRP to put in my other knee as well, which has been getting cortisone since it’s my dominate leg and takes all the weight.
I am so excited and hopeful, the most I have been in years, because they have a different approach, unlike most of my experiences of late. I so appreciate them and their entire team. Can’t wait to see how this will change my well-being and quality of life!!

As a veteran of the armed forces, I have experienced many years of chronic pain. Motrin was always the answer. Dr. William Cole provided the procedural options that weren't available elsewhere. I have had noticeable reduction of pain in my arms and back, so much so that I am looking forward to running, golfing, and getting back to my life before chronic pain. The procedure Dr. Cole offered me allowed my body to heal itself without having to take medication. I encourage any former military service members or anyone with chronic pain due to wear and tear on the body to go have a consult with Dr. Cole and see how he can help you, too.

Always Curtious and professional..and appreciate the fact that do not keep me waiting long..Also,like how clean is kept..Just maybe have TV on a channel in waiting room..haha...
