Dr. Cole & Dr. Kola are exceptional in every way a patient hopes their medical providers will be ... if u are a patient or a caregiver of a patient experiencing pain concerns these are the doctors to TRUST bcuz @ every level of interacting w/Dr. Cole & Dr. Kola @ their Venice &/or Sarasota clinic locations or via TeleHealth u will find only the finest of compassionate highly experienced + proficiently communicated & executed pain management care ... after 40years! of being either misdiagnosed &/or over-drugged & typically disrespected by prior pain teams my family has finally found a pain team led by these doctors that is nothing short of the miraculous helps we've been seeking so my husband & I could get back into living! our lives w/Less pains ... Dr. Cole & Dr. Kola & everyone they bring into their clinics to help patients Find Answers & Get! Positive! Results! are the only!! Pain Team we will ever TRUST ... Exceptional communicators that include patients in appt discussions they have keen & broad understandings of what created one's pain probs & how to approach managing it better! ... these are the only pain drs we've been to that "really! hear!!" their patient's concerns & whom remain patient no matter how many questions one might have ... they are concerned about patient's overall health ~ very wise in ordering images &/or labs but only if necessary ++ they offer Treatment Options other pain clinics do not & these drs get it the connections of Mind Body Spirit & that a patient's Diet & Exercise & Nutritional Supplementation needs must all be part of the Solutions to ea individual patient's pain probs ... my family's history w/pain teams from clinics in WI & some of the biggest world-known clinics in MN & as we retired to live in FL our experiences w/pain drs & their teams were disappointing results w/very few answers ++ years & years of drugs & procedural treatments that helped very little yet robbed! my family of the quality of live all people deserve ... until now ... my husband & I have been under the care of Dr. Cole & Dr. Kola 9mns now & are well on our way to getting back! what every previous pain clinic promised us but never delivered on * A BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE that although is not w/o pain it is finally! getting Better Managed ... IF u want a pain clinic team that treats u & ur family w/the RESPECT & Determined!! overall care of ur pain management needs w/o long waits to get appts & if u also are seeking to interact w/a pain clinic where everyone from the chk-in scheduler to the nurses & techs & even the billing dept lady, Donna, treat ea patient & caregiver entering their clinics w/genuine compassion & exceptional execution in every detail of assisting u in Improving ur overall Health then this is the place u need to be ... patients & caregivers cannot make wise choices in our care when we are lacking medical training ~ decisions in a loved ones care are made that much harder if u've been wasting ur time @ pain clinics that talk down to u or worse yet simply have no regard for ur input & too often put off ordering images & labs & instead push onto patients drug options that only dull one's brain fogs even more!! & do Not! get to the root causes of one's pains nor gather the necessary info for actually finding doable! treatments! that will actually work! ... THIS IS A DIFF KINDA PAIN CLINIC than all the others ... i delayed giving my review these past 9mns my husband & i have been under the brilliant minds of Dr. Cole & Dr. Kola only bcuz i was afraid if people knew how exceptional they are our appts might not happen as quickly as we have come to know we can get them ... we have interacted now w/these 2-locations Venice & Sarasota 9mns & one of the factors we appreciate most about Dr. Cole & Dr. Kola is that ea Dr. is equally knowledgeable about ea patients health history & ongoing care concerns ... these Drs. have created something that in decades of seeking pain helps no other Drs. have been able to do ~ offer people in Real Pain REAL! HOPE! & HELPS :) ... lastly when my husband & i have needed anything from Images Labs Neuro Testing to mtg asap! w/the best NeuroSurgeons in SW-FL it was not the typical months! of waiting to be seen * Dr. Cole & Dr. Kola's Teams assisted in finding us exactly the what we needed the Best! of the Best @ every level of our care ... we have a long pain probs journey yet my husband & myself bcuz u cannot fix 40+yrs! of pain probs overnight ... yet i am 100% Confident we are finally w/a Pain Team that genuinely cares! that our lives be Less about pain & barely surviving all that chronic pains/fatigue beings into one's life ~ these Drs. offer ea patient HOPEFUL HELPS that redirects one's life from barely surviving to a Life that once again can be more Productive more! Enjoyable! :) even a Life that Thrives! again! :) ... having chronic pain can ruin a person a family's existence ... but it doesn't have to be that way ~ Drs. Cole & Kola have shown my family nothing but the Respectful Exceptional overall pain management Care that all individuals & families dealing w/pain probs deserve!! 10* Rating & so very appreciative these Drs. are so dedicated to making real! differences in the lives of everyone that enters their clinics

Dr. Cole and his staff were the most thorough and caring team I have ever been to! He really wants to get to the bottom of my frequent-falling issue. He is extremely knowledgeable and thinks outside the box. He reads reports thoroughly and orders tests that other doctors have overlooked.

My sister and I accompanied my 95 year young mom to get an assessment and any ideas to keep her pain free from bone on bone osteoarthritis in her shoulders. She had been receiving cortisone shots every 3 months but it was wearing off in 2 months ending up with her in the ER twice. She was offered no solution other than opiates which she refused.
Dr Kola was so kind and listened to our concerns as well as gently checking mom’s shoulders. He was careful not to comment on previous doctor’s care but made 2 simple suggestions to help mom through her pain. 1 - get an MRI so he could see the details of her arthritis; and 2 - a way of rotating cortisone shots in her shoulders to keep ahead of the pain.
It was such comfort to know something could be done for mom without disrupting her routine.
We have chosen to work with Dr Kola from here on out.

I had a Spondolo that was not surgically correctable, I originally injured my back in Feb. 1997 as an "on the job" injury. I've lived with this hellish pain for 27 1/2 years! I have ingested more pain pills than I want to admit, they didn't help. I have seen many, many Doctors over the last many years, seeking relief, and the best any of them could offer was: "Conservative Therapy". Dr. Coal fixed my back completely and he did it in a single visit! No pain. I am trying to re-learn what its like to be normal! I don't hunch over, slouch or drag my foot. I'm FREE! Thank you Dr. Cole.

Dr. Kola is a very good doctor. I like when a doctor sits and talks with you he cares about his patients . I go about 3-4 days a month . Hes really gentle at giving me my injections without me flipping out cause I am scared of needles.

How refreshing to encounter a doctor who actually listened to me. He heard what I was saying, fully understood what I needed, and then resolved those issues for me! I'm really impressed. Needless to say, Dr. Kola is my new pain doctor.

Very Brilliant Doctor who specializes in Stem Cell Therapy for the Knee. Definitely took time for me (1 Hour) to explain everything. Sometimes a bit too techinal as I didn't really understand everything he was saying. I will decide after second opinion whether I want to go with his suggestion. Well versed in other specialities,too. Very Impressive Credentials in varying fields. I would recommend him to people with fairly serious knee issues. Doesn't want to operate if possible.

I have been a pain patient for 25 years. I've had about seven different pain doctors over that time frame. Dr.Kola is one of the best ones I have had. He actually sits, listens and engages in the conversation that's being had. He reads your medical records and communicate with you. The office staff is great. I have no complaints about them they do their best to help you and anything that you need help with. Which, an office staff that is just as good as the doctor is just as important as the doctor being good. I have seen him in both of Sarasota office and his Venice office. He's very gentle when he does injections. I highly recommend this practice

We are making medical miracles happen for me.
I'm blown away and also in very sever pain.
Pain so sever it effect my ability to even talk, walk had a stroke 2017 after a broken neck and rib assault . I have other health conditions where it makes it other wise hard for me to get help.
I'm a nationally certified bodyworker I'm a gift to Florida, here to reinvent medicine.
Bring awareness to the officials is my next step . I'm paralyzed one side , I'm going quadriplegic told to me 3 years ago!
I'm doing much for my body and getting in the sun like my surgeon told me . And I'm so proud of Ortho Med . Thank you for working with me understanding I'm allergic to more things than many ansitesiolgist have said to see in a person!
Medically we are making huge breakthroughs for me and my nervous system !! I was so weak I couldn't nearly walk or talk I was shaking internally I was also in mold which almost killed me . Thank you Dr for seeing me monthly and to warm my heart you guys are able to see who I am under wild nerve pain.
Where there is faith hope and inovation my life path is re born and inspired . I am working to heal myself for others more than I . I can get to a certine point of control long

It wouldn't have never happened if I didn't find this marvelous Dr . And gosh they have had to be so patient with me.. it's so hard to talk then I talk loud then I didn't practice what to say .. now I'm just turning around in the office saying lol at me I feel my whole body !
